In the warm embrace of 2023, Little Star Creamery was born from a shared dream of crafting ice cream that transcends the ordinary. Meet the heart and soul behind our creamy creations - Danny and Sophie.

Danny's journey with ice cream began in a shop in Boca Raton during his high school years, where he and Sophie met. Later, fate led them to a Colorado ice cream company where Danny honed his skills, managed a bustling shop, and catered delightful events from the back of an ice cream truck.

Sophie's passion for baking and pastry took her to the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, in the mountains of Colorado, where she uncovered the secrets to blending flavors that dance on your palate. Together, their expertise and dedication converged to create Little Star Creamery, a haven for those who appreciate the art of fine ice cream.
